Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA, LLC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions that improve the quality of life for children with autism and related disorders.

You will work alongside BCBAs and BCaBAs to carry out individualized treatment plans, collect precise data, and support families with behavioral strategies. A respectful, growth-focused environment awaits motivated candidates.

Qualifications

• Direct-care experience with clients on the autism spectrum is preferred.
• Ability to collect and document data accurately per policy.
• Professional conduct including punctuality and communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may be assigned).
• Collaborate with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement treatment plans.
• Collect data per company policies.
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation.
• Support families and caregivers in following behavioral strategies.
• Maintain professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.
