Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA, LLC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions for children with autism and related disorders. You will work under supervision with BCBAs/BCaBAs to carry out individualized treatment plans and collect data during sessions.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to travel to and between client locations.

Responsibilities

Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may be assigned).
Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
Collect accurate data as per company policies.
Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation.
Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies.
Maintain professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.
