Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA, LLC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work with children and families, delivering evidence-based behavioral interventions. Join a supportive team focused on meaningful, lasting improvements in behavior and quality of life.

Responsibilities include direct-care therapy, collaboration with BCBAs/BCaBAs, data collection, and family coaching, with opportunities for training and development within a growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to travel to and between client locations.
• If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may be assigned).
• Collaborate with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data as per company policies.
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation.
• Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.
