Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA, LLC seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions for children with autism and related disorders. You will work under supervision to deliver therapy in sessions and gather data to track progress.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma, and can travel between client locations. RBT certification can be obtained within 3 months of joining; training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to travel to client locations as needed.
• If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within first 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may be assigned).
• Collaborate with BCBAs/BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect data per company policies.
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation.
• Support families/caregivers in following behavioral strategies.
• Maintain professionalism including appropriate attire, timeliness, and communication.
