The Learning Tree ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions for children with autism. You will work directly with ABAs to carry out treatment plans, collect data, and document progress, with a focus on improving quality of life for families.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to travel to and between client locations.
• If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within first 3 months.

Mansioni

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in one-on-one sessions (group sessions may be assigned).
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data per company policies.
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation.
• Support family and caregivers in following behavioral strategies.
• Maintain professionalism, including attire, timeliness, and communication.
