Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA, LLC is actively hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism through evidence-based behavioral interventions in Bethesda, MD. You will work with BCBA supervisors to implement individualized plans and track progress on data sheets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to travel to and between client locations.
• If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may be assigned).
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data as per company policies.
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation.
• Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.
