Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA, LLC in Maryland is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions with children on the autism spectrum. You will work with BCBAs and BCaBAs, provide direct-care therapy in individual sessions, collect data, and submit notes to support treatment plans.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18, and be willing to travel between client locations; certification within 3 months if not yet RBT

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to travel to and between client locations.
• If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may also be assigned).
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data as per company policies.
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation.
• Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.
