The Learning Tree ABA, LLC is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism through evidence-based behavioral interventions under supervision. You will help implement treatment plans and collect data to measure progress.

Competenze

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Ability to travel to and between client locations.
• If not RBT certified, must obtain RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment.

Mansioni

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may be assigned).
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data per company policies.
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation.
• Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.
