Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA, LLC is actively hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism and related disorders through evidence‑based behavioral interventions. You will work under supervision to promote meaningful improvements in behavior in real-world settings.

Requirements include a high school diploma, being 18 years or older, and the ability to travel to client locations. If not RBT certified, certification must be completed within the first 3 months of

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel to client locations and between sites.
• High level of professionalism including timeliness and communication.
• Ability to collect data as per company policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may be assigned).
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data as per company policies.
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation.
• Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.
