Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in homes and at centers. You will receive weekly supervision and ongoing clinical support from a supervising BCBA and the wider team to ensure high-quality care.

Roles include implementing behavior support plans, collecting data, and participating in supervision meetings and case reviews.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Minimum 3 months' ABA experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and engage in active play with children.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior support plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during therapy sessions.
• Conduct discrete trials and implement behavior support and treatment plans.
• Participate in regular supervision meetings, skills coaching, and case reviews with your BCBA.
• Communicate session updates and collaborate with your clinical team to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
