Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in homes and at our centers. You will implement behavior support plans with continuous supervision from a BCBA and our clinical team to ensure high-quality care.

We offer weekly supervision, structured onboarding, and opportunities for professional development through our Masters BCBA program.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Minimum 3 months' experience in ABA.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and engage in active play.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Dependability and reliability to ensure the child's success.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior support plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during therapy sessions.
• Conduct discrete trials and implement behavior support and treatment plans.
• Participate in regular supervision meetings, skills coaching, and case reviews with your BCBA.
• Communicate session updates and collaborate with your clinical team to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
