ABA A Step At A Time Care is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or community settings under BCBA supervision. You will collect progress data and collaborate with families to support client outcomes.

The role emphasizes ongoing professional development, adherence to BACB ethics, and a commitment to compassionate care for children. Training and certification assistance are provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Energetic and proactive RBT needed.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and respoect for clients.
• Abide by the BACB's code of ethics for Registered Behavior technicians.
• Continue with professional development.
