Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our in-home ABA therapy team. You will implement behavior support plans and provide one-on-one therapy to children with ASD, with strong clinical support from BCBA supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Active RBT certification is required.
• Minimum 3 months' experience in ABA.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and engage in active play with children.
• Dependability, consistency, positive attitude and reliability to ensure the child's success.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior support plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during therapy sessions.
• Conduct discrete trials and implement behavior support and treatment plans.
• Participate in regular supervision meetings, skills coaching, and case reviews with your BCBA.
• Communicate session updates and collaborate with your clinical team to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
