Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in the homes of children with autism under BCBA supervision. The role focuses on implementing individualized intervention plans and collecting data to track progress.

You will participate in ongoing staff training, communicate with supervisors, and maintain weekday and weekend availability to accommodate families.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
