Job summary

BASS ABA Therapy in Spring Hill, Florida is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children receiving ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA. The role involves 1:1 sessions, data collection, and collaboration with a team of RBTs and BCBAs across centers and community settings.

The position offers paid RBT and CPR training, flexible location coverage, and a supportive team environment focused on developing communication, social, and daily living skills in children

Qualifications

High School Diploma is required.
Reliable transportation is required.
Ability to pass a background check is required.

Responsibilities

Complete 40-hour RBT training course (paid) and pass BACB RBT exam within 30 days of employment.
Complete CPR training (paid) within 30 days of hire.
Work 1:1 with BASS clients receiving ABA therapy.
Electronic data collection related to BCBA-approved programming.
Submit daily notes and upload to relevant databases.
Maintain communication with BCBA regarding client progress.
Provide ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings as directed by the BCBA team.
Flexibility to work at multiple locations throughout the day.
