Job summary

Bass ABA Therapy in Clearwater, FL is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children receiving ABA therapy. You will work one-on-one with clients under BCBA supervision to deliver individualized ABA programming in centers and in the community.

This entry-level role offers paid training, certification pathways, and collaboration with a large team of RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs to help you grow professionally while making a meaningful impact on families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• College graduation is preferred.
• Duties include working with children and recording data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with clients receiving ABA therapy.
• Complete data collection and daily notes.
• Maintain communication with the BCBA regarding client progress.
• Provide ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings as directed.
