Job summary

BASS ABA Therapy in Tampa, Florida seeks an entry-level Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). You will work directly with children receiving ABA therapy, under BCBA supervision, to improve communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role involves working across centers and community settings as part of a collaborative team of RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs where your input is valued. As an RBT, you will perform data collection, daily notes, and coordinate with the BCBA on client progress while

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Physical ability to bend, kneel, crouch, run, stand, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under supervision of BCBA.
• Complete 40-hour RBT training (paid) and pass BACB RBT exam within 30 days.
• Complete CPR training (paid) within 30 days of hire.
• Record daily notes and input data into relevant databases.
• Communicate progress and collaborate with BCBA team.
• Deliver ABA services in home, school, and community settings as directed.
• Be flexible to work at multiple locations throughout the day.
