Job summary

BASS ABA Therapy in Florida seeks an entry-level Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children receiving ABA therapy. You will be supervised by a BCBA and contribute to improving communication, social, and daily living skills.

This role involves 1:1 client sessions, data collection, and collaboration with a team of RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs across centers and community settings. Training is provided, including BACB RBT and CPR courses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check is required.
• Capacity to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with clients receiving ABA therapy.
• Complete 40-hour RBT training and pass the BACB exam within 30 days.
• Provide ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• Record daily notes and upload to databases.
• Maintain communication with the BCBA on client progress.
• Assist with data collection and progress tracking.
