Job summary

BASS ABA Therapy in Florida is seeking an entry-level Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). You will work directly with clients under supervision of a BCBA to deliver ABA therapy and support communication, social, and daily living skills.

This role involves 1:1 sessions, data collection, attendance at centers and in the community, and collaboration with a large team of RBTs and BCBAs. Monday through Friday schedule, paid training, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to pass a background check is required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete 40-hour RBT training course (paid) and pass the BACB RBT exam within 30 days of employment.
• Complete CPR training within 30 days of hire.
• Work 1:1 with BASS clients receiving ABA therapy.
• Record data electronically as directed by the BCBA.
• Write daily notes after each session and upload to relevant databases.
• Maintain communication with the BCBA regarding client progress.
• Provide ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings as directed.
• Flexibility to work at multiple locations throughout the day.
