Job summary

BASS ABA Therapy in the Town of Florida is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide support to children receiving ABA therapy. In this entry-level role, you will work closely with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities include completing training, working one-on-one with clients, and providing therapy in various settings. Qualifications

• Reliable transportation for commuting to various locations.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Complete 40-hour RBT training and pass the BACB RBT exam within 30 days.
• Work 1:1 with clients receiving ABA therapy.
• Collect electronic data as per BCBA's programming.
• Provide ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.
