Job summary

BASS ABA Therapy in Florida is seeking an entry-level Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children receiving ABA therapy. You will be supervised by a BCBA to ensure effective ABA programming and client progress across centers and community settings.

The role emphasizes direct client support, data collection, and collaboration with a large team of RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs, with paid training and growth opportunities as you advance toward board certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Reliable transportation to multiple locations.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with BASS clients receiving ABA therapy.
• Maintain daily notes after each session and upload to databases.
• Electronically collect data as programmed by the BCBA.
• Communicate progress with the BCBA and team.
• Provide ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• Complete 40-hour RBT training and pass BACB exam within 30 days.
• Complete CPR training within 30 days of hire.
