Job summary

BASS ABA Therapy in Orange City, Florida is seeking an entry‑level Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). You will work 1:1 with children receiving ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA, helping improve communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role involves data collection, notes, and collaboration with a large team of RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs at multiple locations. Training and paid certification opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with clients receiving ABA therapy.
• Record daily notes after sessions and upload to databases.
• Coordinate with BCBA to implement ABA programming.
• Provide ABA therapy in center, home, school, and community settings.
• Maintain open communication with BCBA regarding client progress.
• Complete required training (paid) and obtain RBT certification if not yet certified.
