Job summary

BASS ABA Therapy is hiring an entry-level Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children receiving ABA therapy. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to ensure high-quality ABA delivery and comprehensive programming.

You will be involved in one-to-one sessions, data collection, and collaboration with a team of RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs across centers and community settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 with clients receiving ABA therapy.
• Work under supervision of BCBA to ensure effective ABA programming.
• Complete data collection and submit daily notes.
