Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA, LLC is actively hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to deliver direct-care behavioral therapy to children with autism and related disorders. You will work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Travel to and between client locations required.
• If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within first 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may be assigned).
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data as per company policies.
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation.
• Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies.
• Maintain professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.
