Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA, LLC is actively hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Maryland to support children with autism and related disorders. You will implement evidence-based behavioral interventions, collect data, and work closely with BCBA professionals to deliver individualized plans that improve daily functioning and quality of life for families.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ to apply.
• Must travel to client locations.
• If not RBT certified, complete RBT certification within 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may be assigned).
• Collaborate with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement treatment plans.
• Collect data according to company policies.
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation.
• Support families and caregivers in following behavioral strategies.
• Maintain professionalism including attire, timeliness, and communication.
