Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA, LLC is actively hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Maryland to support children with autism and related disorders under supervision. This role focuses on implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions and collecting data to promote meaningful progress for clients and families.

As part of a growth-minded team, you will work with BCBA/BCaBA supervisors, complete required certifications within 3 months if not already certified, and uphold professional

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to travel between client locations with reliable transportation.
If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may be assigned).
Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
Collect accurate data in accordance with company policies.
Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation.
Support families and caregivers in following behavioral strategies.
Maintain professionalism in clothing, timeliness, and communication.
