Job summary

Alpaca Health is a network of independent ABA therapists providing in-home, school, and community-based services. You will work with kids with autism under a BCBA mentor from day one, with pathways to BCBA certification. Many roles do not require RBT at application, and support is available to obtain certification.

We offer full-time or part-time positions with availability across mornings, afternoons, and evenings for in-person client needs, across multiple sites, with a clear growth path.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or plan to obtain one during onboarding.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• Experience with children or in education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA guidance.
• Record data and progress for each client.
