Job summary

Alpaca Health is a network of independent ABA therapists placing RBTs in homes, schools, and daycares across multiple states. You’ll work one-on-one with kids with autism, following a BCBA plan and collecting data to track progress.

Positions are in-person, with direct mentorship from a BCBA. We offer full-time or part-time options and support toward BCBA certification; some roles may require active certification, with help to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or commitment to obtain one.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay physically active.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• 18+ years old with HS diploma or equivalent; willing to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, schools, and communities; follow a personalized BCBA plan and collect data.
• Implement behavior strategies and build consistent relationships to help kids grow.
• Collaborate with BCBA and mentor for professional development; adapt to client needs.
• Support while scheduling is flexible to meet client needs; full-time or part-time options available.
