Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings under BCBA supervision.

You will implement individualized intervention plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to support skill development and consistency. The role emphasizes safety, engagement, and compassionate care for each child.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain)
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays is desirable

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
