Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans and collect real-time progress data using clinical software.

You will work closely with supervising BCBA, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and meaningful skill development, while maintaining a safe, engaging environment for every session.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or eligible to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 ABA therapy with children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings; implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.
