Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to support one-on-one ABA therapy for children with autism in home, school, or clinic environments. You will implement plans created by the supervising BCBA and collect progress data using clinical software.

We value reliability, strong communication, and a passion for helping families achieve meaningful outcomes. A valid driver’s license and transportation are required to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
