Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior plans and collecting real-time progress data.

You will collaborate with supervising BCBAs and families to ensure consistent skill development, while maintaining a safe, engaging environment for each session.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings using individualized behavior plans.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
