Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with autism in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior plans.

You will collect data, collaborate with BCBA supervisors and families, maintain a safe and engaging sessions, and contribute to meaningful outcomes for children. We offer competitive hourly rates, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional development and career growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.
