Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and work under supervision.

You will collect data in real time, collaborate with supervising BCBA, families, and caregivers to promote meaningful skill development, while maintaining a safe and engaging session environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
