Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement treatment plans, collect progress data, and work under a BCBA supervisor to ensure effective skill development.

We value reliability and strong communication. A High School diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA, families, and caregivers to support consistency and skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
