Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized plans and track progress using specialized software, while collaborating with BCBAs and families to ensure consistent outcomes.

Ideal candidates have an active RBT certification, a HS diploma (BA in psychology/education helpful), and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain it.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s in psychology/education a plus.
• Experience with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment for the child during sessions.
