Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by a supervising BCBA, and collect progress data in real time.

Work closely with families, caregivers, and clinical leaders to ensure consistency and meaningful skill development while maintaining a safe, engaging session environment. A valid RBT certification is required or eligible to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or eligibility to obtain certification).
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
