Blue Gems ABA Therapy seeks a compassionate RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy for children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by a supervising BCBA and track progress with our clinical software.

Applicants should have an active RBT certification (or eligibility), a HS diploma (BA/BS in related field a plus), and reliable transportation. Strong communication and a passion for helping children and families are essential.

Qualificações

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain certification).
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
