Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking detail-oriented RBTs to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans under BCBA supervision and record progress in our clinical software.

Ideal candidates have an active RBT certification, a HS diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and experience with autism. Valid driving license and reliable transportation are required to serve diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
