Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy for children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. The role requires compassion, reliability, and the ability to collect real-time progress data under BCBA supervision.

You will collaborate with families and clinicians to implement plans and ensure safe, engaging sessions that promote meaningful progress for children and families we serve.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain certification).
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
