Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring an RBT to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and collect data on progress.

Requirements include an active RBT certification (or eligibility to obtain), a high school diploma or equivalent, and experience with autism. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are also needed.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required or eligible to obtain it.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill programs designed by BCBA supervision.
• Collect real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging session environment.
