Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans created by supervising BCBA, and collect data to track progress.

A valid RBT certification or eligibility is required, along with a driver’s license for travel to client locations. You will work closely with families and caregivers to support consistent development, while maintaining a safe, engaging environment and delivering high-quality care that

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification, or eligibility to obtain it.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Education or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement plans designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate real-time data on progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
