Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with supervising BCBAs and families to support consistent skill development.

In this role you’ll deliver high-quality therapy, maintain a safe and engaging environment, and participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities offered by the program.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment during sessions.
