Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking dedicated RBTs to deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to children, following supervision by BCBA and using data-driven approaches.

You'll collaborate with families, maintain a positive treatment environment, and contribute to skill acquisition and generalization plans, while continuing your professional growth. Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
