Alpaca Health in the United States offers in-person RBT roles across homes, schools, and daycares. You’ll work one-on-one with kids with autism, following a BCBA-driven plan, collecting data, and building consistent relationships. Mentorship from a dedicated BCBA is provided.

Either you are already RBT certified or are working toward certification; we reimburse training in some practices and help you find the right fit. Full-time or part-time schedules with flexibility to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification preferred or drive to earn one.
• Experience with children or education/childcare backgrounds helpful.
• Willing to work in homes, schools, and communities with kids receiving services.

Responsabilités

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow a BCBA-created plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data.
• Build consistent relationships to support kids’ growth; BCBA mentorship is available.
