Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, schools, and daycares, in your region. You don’t always need an active RBT certification to apply; mentorship from a BCBA and training support are provided with a path toward BCBA certification.

We offer both full-time and part-time schedules with competitive pay and opportunities for growth; compensation ranges with experience and location, $20–$27 per hour, gross.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or intent to earn one is required or supported.
• Must be 18+ and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools.
• Availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow a personalized plan from your BCBA, implement behavior strategies, and collect data.
• Build consistent relationships that support the child’s growth and progress.
