Job summary

Headstart Health, Inc. is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians.

You’ll work 1:1 with children, track progress, and meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching. Flexible full-time or part-time schedules and a $500 sign-on bonus make this a supportive environment for growth toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Must be 18 or older; background check required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically able for home visits.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans.
• Track progress and communicate with families.
• Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support.
