Job summary

Headstart Health, Inc. is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians.

This means you won’t be reporting into a large corporate structure – you’ll be working directly with BCBAs who own their practices and have been in your shoes. To kick things off, we’re also offering a $500 sign-on bonus!

Qualifications

• Must have an active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check.
• Comfortable moving, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans.
• Track progress and communicate with families.
• Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support.
