Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA and collect progress data.

We offer mentorship, opportunities to grow to full-time as caseloads expand, flexible scheduling, and a pathway to career advancement within ABA. Local travel and team collaboration are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education or related field preferred
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, move between sitting and standing, and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions
