PBS Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children in home, school, or community settings. We offer mentorship, hands-on training, and paths toward leadership in ABA.

The role involves implementing ABA plans, collecting data, and collaborating with families and BCBA supervision. Flexible scheduling and travel to local sessions are available as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, and assist with mobility up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
